350gBoneless Chicken Breast
cubed
1 tspsalt
1 Tbspcoriander powder
1 Tbspred chilli powder
1 tspturmeric
1 tspgaram masala
2 Tbspyogurt
1 Tbspginger garlic paste
3 dropsRed Food Colour
2 Tbspcorn starch
1 Tbspchopped garlic
3Hot Green Chillies

curry leaves
1 cupyogurt
2 Tbspketchup
1 tspsoy sauce
1 Tbspchilli sauce
1 tspblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
1. Marinate the chicken using spices mentioned above along with yogurt, ginger garlic, red food colour and corn starch. Mix and let it marinate for a few hours.
Step 2
2. Once marinated. shallow frv the chicken on medium high until crispy on all sides. Set aside.
Step 3
3. In the same pan, add some oil and chopped garlic. Saute with green chillies and curry leaves until aromatic. Add the yogurt sauce and cook until colour changes.
Step 4
4. Add the fried chicken and coat well in the sauce. Add some water if too thick. Cover and let it simmer until chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Garnish with cilantro and serve right away.
