Instructions

Step 1
Boil pasta according to package directions. When done, drain and toss with a hearty pour of olive oil to keep it from sticking.
Step 2
Sauté chicken in oil with onion and garlic until cooked through. Add mushrooms and sauté until cooked.
Step 3
Remove chicken from pot. Add another tbsp of oil to the pot and add spinach and a small splash of water. Sauté covered until wilted. Stirring add needed to wilt all leaves.
Step 4
Add four cheese sauce and can of tomatoes, untrained, to spinach. Stir together. Add chicken mix back into pot and stir everything to coat. Heat just long enough to warm everything up and mix. Serve over pasta.
Step 5
Serve with a side of garlic toast and steamed vegetable or salad
