Instructions
Step 1
Cook 1/2 cup finely chopped onion in 1/4 cup oil until soft.
Step 2
Add 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon prepared mustard, and 2 tablespoons each brown sugar and lemon juice.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Simmer gently about 1/2 hour.
