Instructions

Step 1
Heat the sesame oil in a large wok over a high heat. Add the cubed tofu and sear for 3 minutes until golden
Step 2
then throw in the cabbage, carrot matchsticks, and sugar snap peas. Stir-fry rapidly for 3 minutes, keeping the vegetables moving so they stay crisp.
Step 3
Toss in the straight-to-wok noodles, garlic paste, low-sodium soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
Step 4
Toss everything together continuously for 2 more minutes until hot, garnish with spring onions, and serve immediately.
