Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve 16g of miso paste in 2 cups of water by bringing it to a simmer.
Step 2
Add 60g of sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add 75g of edamame and 40g of peas, simmering for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 4
Poach a whole egg in the liquid for 3 minutes on low heat, then remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice.
