Instructions

Step 1
Soak the raisins in enough apple juice to cover them.
Step 2
Separate the eggs; mix the egg yolks with the milk, then gradually add the flour. Next, stir in the baking powder and sugar.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the egg yolk mixture. Add the soaked raisins along with the apple juice.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a skillet, then pour the batter into it.
Step 5
Cook for a few minutes, then use a spatula to cut it into several pieces so you can flip them easily.
Step 6
Cook the other side for a few minutes, then use two spatulas to tear it into rustic pieces.
Step 7
Once the crumble is cooked, sprinkle the top with powdered sugar, then serve with cranberry jam.
