Instructions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cubed chicken, chopped bacon, chopped Romaine hearts, and Parmesan cheese.

Pour in one bottle of Caesar dressing and a generous shake of black pepper.
Step 3
Toss thoroughly, adding up to another half-bottle of dressing if you prefer a creamier consistency.
Step 4
Top individual portions with croutons right before serving. Do not mix the croutons into the large batch ahead of time, or they will absorb moisture and become soggy.
