Instructions
Step 1
Take the paper husks off the tomatillos and wash them. Place them on a baking sheet
Step 2
Remove the stems from the jalapeno and add to the baking sheet
Step 3
Add the onion and garlic to the baking sheet
Step 4
Broil in the oven for 7 minutes, or until they have a little char
Step 5
Allow the vegetables to cool off a little, then add them to a blender along with the remaining ingredients
Step 6
Blend until consistent. Add more seasonings to your liking
