Instructions
Step 1
place tomatoes on baking sheet.
Step 2
peel and cut onion. remove stem and cut jalapeño in half and place on the same baking sheet with 3 cloves of garlic.
Step 3
broil for 10 minutes or until tomatoes get charred look to them.
Step 4
place into a blender or food processor and mix all ingredients together, add juice of 2 limes, cilantro, and salt. mix together well
Step 5
let cool in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. enjoy with chips or anything you’d like!
