Air Fryer Protein Donuts! Each glazed donut packs 46 g of protein in just 360 calories, making this better than most commercial protein bars. The whey and Greek yogurt provide protein. Almond flour adds healthy fats and also makes it gluten free. And allulose and monk fruit provide sweetness!
