Air Fryer Protein Donuts! Each glazed donut packs 46 g of protein in just 360 calories, making this better than most commercial protein bars. The whey and Greek yogurt provide protein. Almond flour adds healthy fats and also makes it gluten free. And allulose and monk fruit provide sweetness!

Instructions
Step 1
Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl, and whisk together - whey, almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 2

Add in the liquid ingredients, and combine with a silicone spatula - eggs, applesauce, vanilla, and allulose.
Step 3

Lightly grease a silicone donut mold with oil. Evenly divide the donut batter across the 4 molds, about 165 g each.
Step 4

Air fry at 350F for about 10 minutes, or until they're lightly browned, solid, and a toothpick to the center comes out nearly clean. The internal temperature will be about 205F.
Step 5
Remove from the air fryer, and allow them to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the liner.
Step 6

Mix together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl - yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and liquid monk fruit.
Step 7

Spread the protein glaze on top of the cooled donuts, about 50 g each. Only glaze the donuts you want to eat now. Optionally top with walnuts.
Step 8

Store extra (unglazed) donuts in an airtight bag in the freezer. To reheat, air fry directly from frozen at 400F for about 5 minutes, until warm, and then glaze.
