beef (not minced)
1 medium onion
5 shitake mushrooms
1 large carrot
1 red or yellow pepper
2 eggs
fresh spinach
400g of sweet potato noodles
sesame oil
salt
black pepper
sesame seeds
**beef marinade
1tb of sweet soy sauce
1tb of sugar
1tb of sesame oil
1clove of garlic
**sauce:
3tb of soy sweet soy sauce
3tb of sugar
2tb of sesame oil
1glove of garlic (chopped)
black pepper
cut the beef into thin slices and marinate it in fridge
-slice shitake mushrooms and onion
-slice carrot and pepper into long stripes
-make an omelette from 2 eggs- slice the omelette into long stripes when it cools down
-add sesame oil on pan
-cook onion with salt (set aside)
-then cook mushrooms, carrot and pepper separately
-cook the spinach with salt (20seconds)
-cook noodles (based on package instructions)
-pour some sesame oil on noodles when they are done so they won't stick together
**cook the beef and when it's done mix everything with the sauce
