Acai Yogurt Bowl
3 steps
Prep:5min
Did you know that acai is a great source of both antioxidants and healthy fats? Did you also know that most storebought acai bowls are loaded with added sugar, making them closer to eating an ice cream for breakfast? In comparison, this healthy acai bowl has no added sugar, and only contains whole foods. Yogurt provides protein, walnuts add additional healthy fats, and the banana provides carbs and sweetness. Plus, there's no blender required; just mix together everything in a bowl!
