Instructions

Step 1
Add the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, monk fruit, ginger, turmeric, garlic-infused olive oil, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to a large saucepan.
Step 2
Stir everything together.
Step 3
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
Step 4
Simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add water a little at a time until the sauce reaches the thickness you like.
Step 6
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Step 7
Let the sauce cool before putting it into containers.
Step 8
Refrigerate.
