Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350°F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Mix peanut butter, eggs, monk fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking soda in a bowl.

4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

5. Scoop into 24 small cookies.

6. Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork.
