Dubai Chocolate Yogurt Bowl
7 steps
Prep:5minCook:5min
Is Dubai Chocolate still a big hit? Well, if so, then this healthy yogurt bowl is sure to hit the spot. It has a crunchy center from the chopped pistachios and wheat cereal, a creamy green filling from the yogurt and pudding mix, and a hardened homemade sugar-free chocolate topping made from coconut oil, cocoa powder, and pure granulated monk fruit. We got fats from the pistachios and coconut oil, protein from the yogurt, and carbs and fiber from the wheat cereal, in about 30 g of protein for 360 calories.

Instructions
Step 1

Roughly chop your shredded wheat cereal and pistachios, and add them to a dry, medium pan. Toast over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt and pudding mix with a silicone spatula.
Step 3

Fold in most of your chopped cereal and nuts, reserving a little bit for the top.
Step 4

Evenly divide your yogurt mixture into 4 containers, about 255 g (~1 cup) in each.
Step 5

Combine together melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, pure granulated monk fruit, and salt in a small bowl.
Step 6

Pour your melted chocolate over the 4 yogurt bowls, about 15 g (~1 tbsp) in each. Top each bowl with your remaining mix-in mixture.
Step 7

Refrigerate to allow the chocolate to harden on top before serving.
