Ingredients
10 servings
¾ cupsoat flour

30 gramsvanilla protein powder
I used the @prozis Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Powder You can also use the code "KATIE10"
1 Tbspbrown swerve
1 tspbaking powder
½ tspcinnamon
¼ tspsalt
1 tspvanilla extract
¾ cupsplain nonfat Greek yogurt
1egg
large
½ cupsunsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cupsblueberries
can be fresh or frozen
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat a mini waffle maker and spray with non-stick spray.
Step 2
2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 3
3. Add the wet ingredients together & mix until you have a smooth batter.
Step 4
4. Gently fold in your blueberries.
Step 5
5. Pour batter into your waffle maker. Each one should take about 2 minutes or so to cook. This batter should make 10.
Step 6
6. Serve with some sugar free syrup and enjoy!!
