Instructions

Step 1
Dice up 1 lb of bacon and put into cast iron skillet along with one cup of water.
Step 2
Heat on medium high stirring near constantly until all water has evaporated and bacon starts to cook. Lower temperature to medium , and cook bacon until lightly crispy.
Step 3
Add your onions and cook until lightly softened
Step 4
Add your canned or fresh green beans and Fry along with bacon and onions for approximately 4 to 5 minutes
Step 5
Add vinegars and deglaze pan. Vegetables and bacon with vinegar for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add seasoned salt, and chicken broth, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Step 7
Turn off stove and let beans cool for approximately 5 minutes before serving . Add pepper to taste
