Homemade spicy chicken pizza

Make it extra flavourful: season the chicken separately rather than relying on the pizza sauce. A little smoked paprika and chilli on top at the end makes a difference. Budget variation: use flatbreads or pita bread as individual bases. Freeze any cooked chicken leftovers for a future pizza or wrap.
