1 Ibground beef
1 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspunsalted butter
1onion
small, finely diced
4cloves garlic
minced
1 tspitalian seasoning
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
1 cupheavy whipping cream
½ cupwhole milk
4 ozcream cheese
softened
1 ½ cupsmozzarella cheese
shredded, divided
½ cupparmesan cheese
freshly grated
¼ cuppasta water

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Save 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and onion, then cook until the beef is deeply browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess grease if needed.
Step 3
Add the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then stir in the cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup mozzarella and the Parmesan, stirring over low heat until the sauce is thick, creamy, and glossy.
Step 5
Add the cooked bowtie pasta and toss until fully coated. Stir in a splash of reserved pasta water only if needed. Let it cook for 1 more minute so the sauce settles into the pasta.
Step 6
Spoon into bowls and top with the remaining mozzarella. Let it melt over the hot pasta, then finish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
