Instructions
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, sift in the flour then mix in the sweetener.
Step 2
2. Whisk in the milk until smooth and lump free. Pour 2 tbsp of the batter onto a hot, non-stick pan and cook until golden - about 1 minute. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat until all of the batter is used up.
Step 3
3. Separate the Oreo and add the filling to the yogurt. Mix until well combined. Crush the Oreo biscuit/cookie until fine.
Step 4
4. Spread 1-2 tsp of the yogurt onto a crepe and top with a sprinkle of Oreo crumbs. Repeat until all of the crepes are filled.
Step 5
5. Serve with a glass of milk and enjoy!
