Instructions

Step 1
Bring two cups of water to a boil. If the ramen package suggests a different amount, use that amount instead.
Step 2
While the water boils, add frozen veggies to a pan on the stove. Cook on med-high heat until thawed.
Step 3
Once the water is boiling, add the ramen noodles. Preferably, do not break up the noodles. Boil noodles for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Once the veggies have thawed, add garlic powder, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and sesame oil to taste. Don’t use too much soy sauce and oil because more will be added later.
Step 5
When the noodles have finished cooking, remove the pot from the heat and add the ramen flavoring. Stir until mixed well.
Step 6
Once the ramen has changed color a bit from the seasoning, pour a small amount of the flavored water into the pan with the veggies and stir. Don’t add enough for the veggies to swim, just enough to add flavor.
Step 7
Remove the noodles from the water and add to pan with veggies. Add more red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and sesame oil to taste.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
