Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 f.

In a food processor, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, black pepper, Cayenne pepper, salt, chili powder, and thyme. Pulse processor until mixture is fine and well mixed. Place into a large bowl.

Step 3
Place onions, carrots, garlic cloves, and red pepper into processor. Pulse until mixture is finally chopped, but not pureed. Place vegetable mixture into large bowl.

Place hamburger and egg into the large bowl. Combine thoroughly, but try to avoid squeezing the meat as much as possible.

Pack the meat mixture into a 10-in loaf pan to mold the shape of the meatloaf. Turn the meatloaf out onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place the meatloaf into the oven.

Combine ketchup, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, hot red pepper sauce, and honey into a bowl. Mix well.

Step 7
After the meatloaf has been in the oven for 10 minutes, take it out and brush the glaze over the meat. Place the meat back into the oven.

Bake the meatloaf for one and a half hours or until I meet thermometer insert it into the center reads 155° f

Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes. Carve and serve.
