Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in soup pot on low heat. Cook onion for a couple of minutes. Add carrot, celery, garlic and cook for further 10minutes.
Step 2
Add drained beans, 1.5L boiling water, stock, herbs and tomatoes. Season.
Step 3
Bring to the boil. Lower to a simmer 30-45min. Stir occasionally.
