Step 1
in soup pot heat oil, add celery, carrots, and onions. sauté for about 5 min

✧ mix in garlic and flour, cook about 1 min
Step 3
✧ stir in broth, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. add chicken, bring to boil and simmer on low for about 12-15 min
Step 4
✧ add orzo, cook about 10 more min, stirring occasionally
Step 5
✧ remove chicken and shred, add chicken back to pot. stir in lemon juice and parsley. season with more salt and pepper to taste
