TO COOK NOW (slow-cooker)
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on “low” setting for 6-8 hours.
TO FREEZE TO COOK LATER
Step 2
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and use-by date (three months from when you prepped the meal).
Step 3
Add all ingredients to your bag. Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
Step 4
When ready to cook, thaw overnight in fridge. Pour into slow-cooker and cook on Low for 6-8 hours
