Add boiling water to cover all ingredients

3 spoons of light soy sauce 1 spoons or dark soy sauce 3 spoons of cooking wine

Turn heat low and put lid on
Boil for 1 hour

Half an hour left on timer
Put rice on

Turn to max heat

1 spoon of honey
Step 18
Stir until sauce thickens

Eat!
