Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Using cast-iron skillet, shape Italian sausage into patties add to skillet. Add sliced peppers & onions and olive oil. Cook on medium heat until meat and veggies are seared. Side step; steam tomato in microwave until skin is soft enough to peel, cut tomato into chunks, then tomatoes and garlic to skillet. Cook in oven for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and chopped parsley.
