Instructions
Step 1
Cook the orzo, should take about 9 minutes. Boil in salted water and that should be all the salt you really need
Step 2
Strain the orzo. Add oil and lemon juice to pasta. Let the orzo cool to warm.
Step 3
While still warm, add in all the veggies and feta. They should be chopped to a dice about the size of 2-4 orzo pieces.
Step 4
Add everything else and mix. Let it set for 10 minutes to let the flavor marinade. Keep adding dill and parsley to meet the flavor desired. I’m almost positive that you will need more dill than what is on the recipe.
