Instructions
Step 1
Combine the marinade ingredients in a large screw-too jar and shake vigorously. Brush the mixture over the ribs and marinade for 4-6 hours
Step 2
Cook according to one of the methods described on pages 14-17, brushing with the marinade sauce every 15-20 minutes. Serve remaining sauce with the ribs.
