Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 375 and grease an oversized 9x13 pan.
Step 2
Cook sausage until done.
Step 3
Add to pan to mix together; potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, cheeses.
Step 4
Add meat and veggie mix to your baking pan.
Step 5
Whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings.
Step 6
Pour egg mixture over meat and veggies into baking pan.
Step 7
Cover pan with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
