Step 1
Fry the onion, celery, and pepper for approximately 6 minutes until softened
Step 2
Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, lemon juice and agave. Fry for 2 more minutes then remove from the heat
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the chickpeas for about 3-4 mins until desired texture. Mash half of the mixture and make the other half into hummus (add tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt). Alternatively use store bought hummus
Step 4
Mix chickpeas and hummus with fried veggies. Assemble into wraps and toast when ready to eat
