Ingredients
13 servings
9 ozlasagna noodles
12 standard noodles, or 9 oz of any pasta you prefer
1red onion
large
6garlic cloves
large
8 ozmushrooms
2 Tbspoil
2 lbground turkey
or beef, or sausage
28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
fire roasted work well here
4 cupschicken broth
no sugar added
6 ozcan tomato paste
no sugar added
1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 Tbspdried thyme
2 tspground rosemary

to taste after cooking

Instructions
Step 1
Salt your salt water and set it to boil. (about 1 tbsp. for a large pot of water)
Step 2
Cook noodles to package directions.
Step 3
Slice your mushrooms and chop your garlic and onions.
Step 4
Sauté the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms and cook until they are wilted.
Step 5
Add the meat of your choosing and brown it with the sautéd vegetables.
Step 6
Add in the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth.
Step 7
Stir in the spices, tomato paste and balsamic vinegar. Cook until the meat is fully cooked (about 15 minutes).
Step 8
When done, stir in the noodles.
Step 9
Serve garnished with plenty of cheese and some fresh parsley or basil.
