HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PREP CREAMY NANDOS CHICKEN PASTA‼️ (380 Cals, 36g Protein, 8g Fat, 40g Carbs per meal) •Fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months a The ingredients used in this is to make one big meal prep to then portion equally into 5 servings !! * �get 600g raw chicken breast 🍗 * �season with Tbsp. Chilli powder , tbsp. Oregano. Tbsp. Garlic Powder, Tbsp.coriander and 70ml hot sauce ( I used Nando’s hot sauce but any hot sauce is fine 🙏 * �mix it all together & cook for 15 mins On Medium heat on a pan, set the chicken aside and then to the same pan…. - ��Add 30g Light Butter 🧈 - ��Tbsp. Instructions

Step 1
Season 600g chicken breast with tbsp. Chilli powder , tbsp. Oregano. Tbsp. Garlic Powder, Tbsp. coriander and 70ml hot sauce ( I used Nando’s hot sauce but any hot sauce is fine)
Step 2
Mix it all together and cook for 15 mins on medium heat on a pan, set the chicken aside and then to the same pan add your butter, tbsp garlic, chopped onion, 150g passata, and all the same seasonings used to marinate the chicken.
Step 3
Add 50g of hot sauce, 40g low fat cream cheese, 600g of ready cooked pasta, 40g mozzarella cheese and stir it all together
Step 4
Add the cooked chicken and parsley and simmer until it’s all nice and creamy
Step 5
Split this into 5 equal portions for your meal prep containers
