Step 1
Cut chicken into desired pieces.
Step 2
Place chicken pieces, water (1500ml), onion, green pepper, shallot, cooking oil, salt and garlic in a pot. If you are making the tomato variety, also add in the chopped tomato into the mix.
Step 3
Boil until cooked and the sauce is thickened.
Step 4
Serve hot
