Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl, whisk until blended. Dip bread on both sides place in frying pan sprinkle a little more monk fruit sweetener and cinnamon on top to give your bread a crusty finish. Fry until golden brown. Serve with real butter and 100% real maple syrup. You can substitute the Monk Fruit for sugar or Stevia.
