Instructions

Step 1. Place a large baking tray into the oven & preheat the oven to 425F

Step 2. Rinse your sprouts, remove the brown ends & cut them horizontally into two.

Step 3. Place them in a large bowl and season them generously with good quality extra-virgin olive oil & black pepper
Step 4
Step 4. Remove the baking tray from the oven, grease it with extra-virgin olive oil then place the sprouts face down onto the pan
Step 5
Step 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the surface of the sprouts that are face down have the desired restaurant looking charr then flip then and cook until the other side is charred as well.
Step 6
Step 6. Remove then from the oven, place them back into the large bowl and mix in your desired about of red wine vinegar, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
Step 7
Step 7. Sprinkle with feta cheese and pomegranate arils.
