Step 1
This one’s a piece of cake and has amazing depth of flavor. This is a double batch so cut everything in half if you’re not needing as much. Sauté garlic and shallot until it’s sweat, add chili peppers and cook another 2 minutes or so. Turn up the heat and add your protein. Nice mostly browned, add each of the sauces and stir. Then dump a bunch of basil in and stir until wilted. Serve over steamed rice and top with a pan fried egg if so desired.
