Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice in rice cooker.

Step 2
Chop chilli, garlic, red onion and cucumber into cubes and chicken into 5 cm. Put white pepper and garlic powder on chicken. Fry the chicken in the pan with oil and garlic for 10-15 mins until cooked. Fry the chilli, red onion and cucumber for another 5-10 mins until soft.

Add tap water, dash of soya sauce and chicken broth and boil for another 2 mins until the cube melts.
