Step 1
Slice the bacon into cubes and fry in a large soup pan

Once the bacon is cooked add in your onions and

Add the potatoes, chicken broth and cans of corn... Add your heavy cream and allow to come to a boil

Allow to simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes are soft and cooked through

Once the potatoes are cooked through add 1/2 cup of flour to 1/2 cup of water to form a slurry.... Add that to your soup and allow to simmer for another 15 minutes or until thickened.... Serve immediately
