Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Combine half the chopped onion in a medium bowl with lemon zest, the juice from half a lemon, and the capers, and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture sit for five minutes.
Step 3
Add the tuna and mix until well combined. Add half of the dill and all of the mayo. Mix well. Add the celery.
Step 4
Scatter the lettuce and remaining sliced onion onto a large plate and squeeze the other half of the lemon over then season with salt and pepper. Spoon the tuna salad in to the lettuce, scatter with capers and remaining dill if you would like.
Step 5
Eat like lettuce cups, a salad, or a sandwich
