Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, and red onion. Let sit for 10 minutes while you slice the veggies.
Step 2
To same bowl add the thin sliced celery, red wine vinegar, oil, sea salt, and black pepper give it a good toss.
Step 3
Mix carrots, green apples, cucumbers with salad mix. Add a spoonful or two of tuna mix. Enjoy.
Step 4
Alternatively you can serve salad on a bed of shredded lettuce or spinach.
