Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce and 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Season chicken with garlic salt and paprika. Airfry at 375 for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Dice up chicken and mix with Buffalo mixture. Add in 1 cup of fat free cheddar. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Fill tortilla with chicken mixture. Roll it up and sear both sides on an oiled pan until golden brown.
Step 5
Top it off with ranch and parsley or freeze extras for a meal prep!
