Instructions
Step 1
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Add baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Saute until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Transfer to plate.
Step 2
In skillet add 1 tablespoon olive oil and brown sliced sausage on all sides around 5 minutes. Add garlic, onion, red pepper Italian seasoning, salt and pepper cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add hot sauce to coat.
Step 3
Add potatoes back in and mix together to reheat. Service with grated parmesan.
