3 cupspineapple
finely diced

¼ cupcoriander
shredded

1habanero

3 Tbsplime juice

¼ tspsea salt

1red onion

1red pepper

1lime
Aji verde
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the salsa ingredients
Step 2
Blitz the aji verde into a sauce (add more lime juice if necessary)
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan on high and fry the halloumi and pepper
Step 4
Assemble the wraps; wrap, salsa, sauce, halloumi, peppers, and burrito-wrap them
