Instructions

Step 1
Medium saucepan over high heat, add quinoa and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for ten minutes.
Step 2
While the quinoa is cooking: In a microwavable bowl, add edamame beans and 1/4 cup of water. Microwave for 4-6 minutes.
Step 3
Drain everything, mix in a bowl with the broccoli and radish.
Step 4
To make the dressing, combine ingredients and stir.
