Instructions
Step 1
-heat oil in a frying pan
Step 2
-add garlic, steak, salt, pepper and soy sauce
Step 3
-remove from pan when cooked and set aside
Step 4
- add more oil and a little water to the pan.
Step 5
-cook peppers half way through before adding onions
Step 6
-add steak back to the pan.
Step 7
- finish cooking and add teriyaki sauce
Step 8
Serve with rice.
