Instructions
Step 1
- Mix together hot but not boiling vegan milk with date paste ,yeast and 1 tbsp flour .
Step 2
- Keep on side til frothy for about 10min
Step 3
- Then mix white flour, mashed potato and wet mix together until forming a ball .
Step 4
- Cover with a towel and let proof for 1 hour
Step 5
- After doubled the size knead a few times again and place the dough in to a warm tin , cover with wet towel and let proof for 40 more min.
Step 6
- Bake at 180* for 40 min until the top has formed a crust.
