Omg this is literally two of some of the best desserts combined and you don’t even have to put it in the oven 🙌 A cookie dough base, creamy caramel layer and chocolatey top, sprinkled with pink salt! 😋 You don’t have to use pink salt, but I would definitely recommend adding some salt at the end for extra flavour 👌

Ingredients

Cookie Dough
1 ½ cupsunsalted butter
1 ⅓ cupsgranulated sugar
1 ⅓ cupslight brown sugar
¼ cupwhole milk
1 cupall-purpose flour
heat treated
1 ½ cupschocolate chips
½ tspsalt
1 Tbspvanilla extract
Caramel
Chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Line an 8” square pan with parchment paper.
Cookie Dough
Step 2
Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
Step 3
Add vanilla and milk and mix in.
Step 4
Mix in flour until fully combined.
Step 5
Mix in chocolate chips.
Step 6
Spoon the dough into the prepared pan and spread evenly and to the edges.
Step 7
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Caramel
Step 8
Whisk together the condensed milk, butter, dark brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and golden syrup in a saucepan on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mix is thick.
Step 9
Pour mix onto the cookie dough layer.
Step 10
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Chocolate
Step 11
Melt chocolate and double cream together and mix.
Step 12
Pour chocolate over the caramel and spread evenly.
Step 13
Sprinkle the top with salt.
Step 14
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
