1 Tbspsmoked paprika
½ Tbspground white pepper
or fresh crushed black pepper
½ Tbspgarlic salt
½ Tbspparsley flakes
½ Tbsporegano
½ tspred pepper flakes
½ tspcayenne pepper
1Can of Ranch Style Beans
rinsed
1Can of Black Beans
rinsed
1 CanDark Red Kidney Beans
rinsed
1Can Rotel
Hot, or Original for less heat
12 ozBeef Broth
low sodium
15 ozcan crushed tomatoes
Instructions
Instant Pot
Step 1
On Medium/High heat, mix and brown all of the meat together in a saute pan adding 1-2 tablespoon of the Chili Powder near the end mixing thoroughly.
Step 2
Drain any excess grease then add to Instant Pot.
Step 3
Lower heat to Medium/Low and brown garlic in the saute pan, then add to pot mixture.
Step 4
Mix in remaining ingredients to Instant Pot, last of which should be the spices, folding together gently.
Step 5
Set to BEAN/CHILI setting for designated time (usually ~45 minutes).
Step 6
When cooking is finished, allow to naturally release.
