Step 1

Soak a handful of almonds in water overnight and peel.

Roast red bell peppers in olive oil till they become slightly charred and soft
Step 3

In a food processor, grind bell peppers, sundried/fresh tomatoes, soaked and peeled almonds, garlic, lemon juice, chilli flakes, paprika powder, olive oil, and sea salt.
